Wilson is reporting that Newsome went to get a haircut. Bisciotti left — and then came back — leaving Cass to negotiate with Harbaugh and his agent. They reportedly broke for an hour, to reconvene around 5:30 PM.

Where there’s smoke, there’s fire. I’d expect an announcement one way or the other in the not-too-distant future. Hopefully, we’ll be seeing a “Welcome to Baltimore, John Harbaugh!” headline on all the Ravens blogs and NFL web sites soon.
